The process

Three steps, and one long conversation

Turnaround is counted from Complete Intake, the point at which you've given us everything we need to start.

There's no meeting to schedule and nothing to prepare beforehand. The intake is the work, and it can be done in one sitting or several.

I

Tell us what matters.

The intake is a guided set of questions built for the specific piece you've chosen. It asks about the people, the history between you, what happened, what you noticed, and what the moment has to do. Questions that don't apply to your situation are never shown. Type or dictate; fragments are fine.

You don't need to make it sound good. That's our job.

II

We write it.

Your material becomes a finished piece at the length the message actually needs, in the voice you asked for — close to how you naturally sound, deliberately different for this one occasion, or left to our judgement. Nothing is invented: no memories, no events, no promises. If you told us something purely so we'd understand the situation, it stays out of the writing.

What is said comes from you. How it's expressed is a choice you can make or hand to us.

III

Make it completely yours.

The first complete draft arrives by email as text you can use anywhere. Then three revision rounds belong to you, one consolidated set of requests at a time. Most pieces settle in the first round; the others exist so nobody has to live with a sentence they don't like.

Requests within 7 days of the most recent draft.

What's included, always

  • A detailed guided intake built for your specific piece
  • A personalized first complete draft within the standard turnaround
  • Three comprehensive revision rounds
  • Optional 24-hour Rush Delivery for an additional 15%

Key terms, in plain language

  • Purchased word counts and speaking times are maximum available lengths, not targets. We use the space the message needs and never pad a piece to reach it.
  • Every length receives the same standard of writing and editorial care. Higher tiers purchase additional capacity, not better writing.
  • Turnaround begins at Complete Intake — the point at which you've submitted everything required and enough usable information for us to begin.
  • Three revision rounds are included. Each round is one consolidated set of reasonable requests within the original brief, providing for up to 30 minutes of revision work.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the most recently delivered draft.
  • Requests that materially change the purpose, recipient, circumstances, or overall direction established in your intake fall outside the included revisions.
  • We don't invent personal facts, memories, events, relationship history, promises, or feelings. Everything in the finished piece comes from you.

You accept the Service Agreement at the end of the intake, before any payment is taken.
